Q: Do we need to be able to do bike repairs?

The mountain bikes you rent from us are proper mountain bikes that can handle really hard terrain, the kind of biking you will do on our tours is well below the capacity of the bikes. They are also all equipped with heavy-duty tires and very seldom puncture. We will provide you with a small repair-kit, chain lubricant and a bike pump so if you notice that you need to fix something small you can do it. If you see that something doesn't work well with the bike, please let us know as soon as possible and we will come to your hotel and fix it. And if you have a major breakdown you can always call us

Q: What apps should we have installed on our phones?

These applications can be of great help during your tour. WhatsApp - If you need to call us or send us your location during your tour. ViewRanger - The best map-application we've found, although a bit complicated. Meteoblue - the best weather application. Android and iPhone Google Maps - To find your way back to the hotel or to find restaurants. Google Translate - English is not a commonly spoken language here so a translation app can come very handy.

Q: Can we do the tour with our children?

Yes, some of our tours are suitable for children. Let us know the age and height of the child/children and we find a solution for a tour and what bikes they can use. We can also try to book family rooms at your hotels if you are interested in this.

Q: Can we add an extra day to our tour?

Yes, of course! For example many of our clients doing the Mountain to Sea tour add a night in the beautiful city of Girona or by the coast.

Q: Is there always mobile phone coverage?

During 95% of your tours you will have mobile phone coverage. But please remember that you are out in big mountains where rescue/help sometimes can take ours to reach you. So please always take care during your tours to make sure you ride with a big safety margin.

Q: Do you have a hotline we can call if we have problems?

Yes, in case of emergency or if you need something you can call us whenever you want during your stay. We also use WhatsApp if you prefer that line of communication. Telephone: + 34 649105141

Q: Will my booking be immediately confirmed?

No, we will always have to double check availability with hotels and make sure we have the right size bicycle for your before we can confirm your trip. Read more about Booking & Cancellation .

Q: What happens when my booking request is approved?

When we have gotten an OK from our providers (hotels etcetera) we will send you a confirmation e-mail with all the information about your trip and the first invoice. The first invoice will be of 20% of the complete package price. This first invoice must be payed upon confirmation. About two months before your trip we will send you the final invoice has to be paid 45 days before your trip. Read more about Booking & Cancellation .
